Last night's show had a few twists in store for Big Brother fans. Here are the highlights:
*Viewers were shown the evicted houseguests (Jacob, Jen, Parker, Alex, Amanda and Allison) at their sequester houses. (separate)
*Julie revealed to America that Alex had the highest number of votes in the 'vote for your favorite housguest to have a chance to go back into the big brother house' with Parker coming in second.
*James was evicted from the house by a vote of 5-1. (Chelsia voted for him to stay)
*James had asked the houseguests to stay seated rather than hug him goodbye.
*The siren went off again.
*Houseguests were then told they had a choice of voting either the 'mystery houseguest' (which was Alex) or James back into the house.
*James was voted back in with a vote of 5-3. (Matt, Ryan and Sheila voted for the mystery guest)
*HOH Endurance competition started and finished on the live feeds.

BB9 Alex and Amanda evicted.....
Amanda and Alex were evicted last night by a vote of 3:0---with Allison leading the charge to keep Matt and Natalie. Ryan, Allison, Matt and Natalie had a new target in place for the upcoming week---Joshuah and Sharon.
However, Joshuah and Sharon wiped the floor with the other big brother houseguests in the head of household competition and became the new HOH for the week, holding all the power.

Big Brother 9 episode highlights
On tonight's episode of Big Brother, Til' Death Do You Part-----
- BB9 Neil left the Big Brother house (read Neil's message to Big Brother fans here. )
- Joshuah chose Sharon to be his new partner.
- BB9 Amanda and Parker grew closer. (and despite the huge fight this week have continued to do so)
- Alex admitted he had feelings for Amanda but then took a step back.
- Ryan and Jen had sex in the Big Brother bathroom. (things have gotten a bit rocky for them since then video clip.)
- Matt and Natalie won the Power of Veto by a mile.
- The power of veto was not used.
- Remaining up for eviction are Jen/Parker and Ryan/Allison.
Tomorrow night is the first live eviction of the new season of Big Brother---look for things to heat up as the first evicted couple walks out the door and a new HOH takes over the house.

Big Brother 9 Sunday Night Recap---
Seriously, BB9's Allison's response to the whole Ryan and Jen being a couple already was pretty understandable considering the girl had just been told she had been paired her with her potential soulmate, doncha think? Nice to see her regain some control with the whole Sheila/Allie lesbian alliance. It was good for a chuckle.
---How cute was the editing of Joshuah running to tell that secret, btw? Couldn't wait to share what he'd learned with his BB9 partner, Neil.
---Jen seems so very sure about her place in the house (and still does in Big brother time---remember the show is a few days behind!)---I still think we're going to see one heck of an interesting first live eviction in a few days.
---Tonight's edit of everyone was interesting. I'm anxious to see how they'll do the upcoming shows --especially in regards to Amanda, Parker and Matt and Natalie. There's been alot happen and I'm not sure what kind of spin will come with the edit.
---Ryan is very mysteriously quiet through all most all of the drama on this show. (live feeds and cbs show) ---I'll be interested in seeing how he plays this game from here on out.
With both Jen and Ryan on the block---I'm sure the next few days will continue to be interesting and drama filled. Especially if Jen and Parker get wind that the votes might not be going their way.

Big Brother 9 Jen and Parker evict Jacob and Sharon
Big Brother 9 episode revolved for the most part around Jen and Ryan and very little on the couple who was actually evicted, Jacob and Sharon. (there's a reason for that ya know----this Sunday's episode will bring you a small part of the all night argument that boiled after the Jen's revelation to Parker and Ryan's to Allison. It was a long night and continued into today. The house is divided; Ryan and Jen are divided and it's only week one.
Anyway, BB9 Jacob found himself in a bit of a tight spot once he told Jen that people thought Parker was a snake and it soon led to his and his partner's eviction. Jacob and Sharon were the first evicted couple of BB9.
First HOH of the new BB9 season is Amanda and Alex, who have already made their nominations (we'll post those in the spoiler post next--but really it's not a big surprise).
BB9 highlights--episode 2:
- BB8 Eric and Jessica returned to host the HOH.
- Jen revealed her secret to Parker.
- Ryan told Allison the truth about Jen.
- First HOH--Amanda and Alex
